NMP (Nazi Media Press) made an announcement today that there is a recall on Sean Hannity's book and Bill O'Reilly's book, due to a mix up. NMP put Hannity's picture on O'Reilly's book, and O'Reilly's picture on Hannity's book.
NMP warehouse spokesman: "What happened is, we have the stock covers for all NMP books for Hannity, O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Coulter, etc... They all have the same red, white, and blue wallpaper with flags, etc...the 90%-off clearance sticker is pre-printed on the covers as well. What we do, is we generate the text for the book on the computer, and then we cut/paste one of their pictures on the front, like Hannity or O'Reilly...or one of them. And slap on a title like "Let Freedom Ring", "Justice For All", "In God We Trust", whatever... (yells) HEY, RICO! WHAT'S THE NAME OF THAT NEW ONE COMING OUT? OH! THANKS, RICO! The new one's called, "From Thy Bounty, Through Christ Our Lord, AMEN!" We haven't decided who's picture to slap on the cover yet...well, anyway, the computer program then runs through the generated text, and replaces the user-defined word "BOOK_AUTHOR" with Hannity or O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh...you get the picture. The mix up occurred when we correctly replaced "BOOK_AUTHOR with the right guy...but cut/pasted Hannity's picture on O'Reilly's book, and vice-versa! It was a mistake! It could happen to anybody! In fact, I'm surprised it hasn't happened before! Even with Coulter and one of the guys! What's the difference?"
The NMP spokesman said that when customers receive their recall notice, they can either send their book back for another cover, or they will send you a Hannity and O'Reilly cover, put on the correct one, and dispose of the other yourself.
