No terrorist attacks since 9/11???
An unemployed man who opened fire on parishioners in a church over the weekend in Knoxville, Tennessee, killing two and wounding seven, had expressed hatred for what he called the "liberal movement," police said Monday.
Adkisson "stated that he had targeted the church because of its liberal teachings and his belief that all liberals should be killed because they were ruining the country, and that he felt that the Democrats had tied his country's hands in the war on terror and they had ruined every institution in America with the aid of the major media outlets," Investigator Steve Still wrote. Adkisson told Still that "he could not get to the leaders of the liberal movement that he would then target those that had voted them in to office."
Adkisson, 58, of Powell wrote a four-page letter in which he stated his "hatred of the liberal movement," Owen said. "Liberals in general, as well as gays."
Adkisson said he also was frustrated about not being able to obtain a job, Owen said.
Inside the house, officers found "Liberalism is a Mental Health Disorder" by radio talk show host Michael Savage, "Let Freedom Ring" by talk show host Sean Hannity, and "The O'Reilly Factor," by television talk show host Bill O'Reilly.
Mike Savage regularly incites idiotic listeners to hate "liberals".

Recall On Hannity/O'Reilly Books
Rush Limbaugh: Dangerous or laughable?
On the same day as the shooting, Rush Limbaugh has this on his website:
"How to Attack The Messiah Obama"
Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity: Poisoning Democracy with Vitriolic Hate. It was no surprise that Limbaugh would call for riots at the Democratic National Convention in Denver to embarrass the Democrats. Limbaugh -- and his fellow purveyors of hate on the airwaves -- are dangerous demagogues whom pro-democracy Americans too easily dismiss as poltroonish shills for the entrenched powers. It's a regular staple of the millionaire right-wing echo chamber to use the explicit or implicit language of violence. In fact, the entire "frame" of everyone from Sean Hannity to Bill O'Reilly to Rush Limbaugh is to convince their listeners that people who don't agree with these "pundits of patriotism" are the enemy and dangerous to America.
