The California Republican Party claims that bringing charges against Republican Mark Anthony Jacoby for voter registration fraud, to which he plead guilty to btw, is "partisan activity". So, the California Republican Party thinks he should be able to commit voter registration fraud! Right? They think it's "fair and balanced" if he's allowed to do it, and "partisan activity" to make him follow the law! So, the California Republican Party is saying it was "OK" for Jacoby to commit voter registration fraud!
