Who hacked into the emails in "climategate" and why aren't they being pursued or talked about since that's illegal? Now they are breaking into scientists' offices and stealing things and again, no one's pursuing them or talking about them. Do they have free reign under the law to continually hack emails and break in to scientists' offices with no consequences? Who's above the law like that and why is the media afraid to talk about the hackers and the break-ins? Could it be Exxon-Mobil operatives who also own much of the media? Is this like the Nazi Germany stormtroopers who are above the law?

It should be bizarre, but is in fact grimly typical, how the whole phony “climate-gate-scandal” has played out so far.

NBC Nightly News repeated the unsupported claims that recently stolen emails from the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia "show climate scientists massaging the data" and asked if the "books [have] been cooked on climate change." However, NBC reporter Anne Thompson made no attempt to evaluate the truth of the allegations which are based on a series of discredited smears.

The term of art for what Prince appears to be doing in the VF interview is graymail: a legal tactic that has been used for years by intelligence operatives or assets who are facing prosecution or fear they soon will be. In short, these operatives or assets threaten to reveal details of sensitive or classified operations in order to ward off indictments or criminal charges, based on the belief that the government would not want these details revealed. "The only reason Prince would do this [interview] is that he feels he is in very serious jeopardy of criminal charges," says Scott Horton, a prominent national security and military law expert. "He absolutely would not do these things otherwise."

Thousands of people a day are dropping their health care and only the rich can afford good health care.
