Big Dan's Big News June 18, 2008

So, do you think we got pretty close at the James Taylor concert last night? He was great! I snapped this picture no more than 5 feet away, I was looking up at him! Goin' ta Carolina in my mind...

To get us off of oil, McBush calls for...DRILLING FOR MORE OIL! That's not leadership! It's a 3rd term of Bush! The reason we don't have off-shore drilling, is that we don't trust Big Oil to not screw up our shores and beaches! If something happens and you voted Republican, you have only yourselves to blame! (see Exxon Valdez and Fat Bastard) How about THIS brainstorm: Do something to get us OFF OF oil, McCain!!!

Bush And McCain Call For Offshore Drilling

Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is heading to Texas today for a series of fundraisers with the Texas GOP elite in Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. The millions McCain is raising in Texas will be added to his impressive haul of oil industry cash this campaign season — 74 percent of his lifetime receipts.

"Bush Urges Lifting of Offshore Oil Drilling Ban

President Bush is expected to call on Congress today to lift a nearly three-decade ban on offshore oil drilling to combat the rising price of gas. Bush’s speech comes just days after Senator John McCain called for the ban to be lifted. On Monday, Senator Barack Obama said there is no evidence that lifting the ban on oil drilling would provide relief to consumers. Bush also wants Congress to open Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil drilling, a move that both McCain and Obama oppose."

Special commentary by Big Dan: "I have a solution for off-shore drilling: Those of us against it, will agree to it if Big Oil, McBush, and the Republicans sign an agreement stating that gas will go down $2/gallon and stay that way for 2 decades, none of this vague 'it will go down' shit with no specifics, and agree to huge penalties and clean-up of the envirnoment if they screw it up. Oh! I forgot! Big Oil, McBush, and the Republicans would never sign an agreement like that...BECAUSE THEY'RE LYING! They're just 'saying' that gas will go down if we off-shore drill! They don't want to GUARANTEE IT! Remember the Exxon Valdez? Next time someone says that gas will go down with off-shore drilling, ask them, 'HOW MUCH'? They won't say! BECAUSE THEY'RE LYING!"

Texas Republican Party sells racist Obama pins!

At the Republican state convention, a booth hosted by Republicanmarket was selling a pin Saturday that says: If Obama is President will we still call it the White House.

Watch out for a government false flag during the DNC convention in Denver! Why is the DOJ flying helicopters over Denver? This is a federal agency, which is also being investigated for being corrupt, plus this isn't their job to be doing this!

Military choppers fly over Denver during top secret drill

Ironically, and sadly, the show that interviews someone from the DOJ is Comedy Central's Daily Show! Watch this interview with REPULICAN DOJ attorney David Iglesias. He said working for his fellow REPUBLICANS in the Bush administration was like working for the Sith Lords! And McClellan just came out with a book saying things along the same lines! These are REPUBLICANS saying this!

Iglesias: “They wanted us to file politically oriented prosecutions instead of just doing what our normal job is, which is enforce Federal law,” Iglesias stated, explaining that Justice Department higher-ups asked the US Attorneys “to file voter fraud prosecutions when the evidence wasn’t there beyond a reasonable doubt. It wasn’t just me. It was a guy in Missouri and it was a guy in Seattle, Washington.”

Headlines - Baracknophobia!

Behind the mild-mannered facade, Barack Obama is intent on enslaving the white race.

To push for more drilling in America, House Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) uses Tim Russert's death: "Tim Russert would have wanted more domestic oil drilling". I guess you can USE THE DEATH OF SOMEONE to push ANYTHING you want! How about, "Tim Russert would have wanted Bush impeached." Or, "Tim Russert would have wanted Obama to be president. Or how about, "You're against the troops, if you don't agree with me." OR, "You hate America, if you don't agree with me." Sound familiar, this tactic? Republicans use it all the time, it works on idiots!
