(After telling everyone FOREVER! That's he's against torture because he was a prisoner of war, blah blah blah...MCCAIN VOTES AGAINST BANNING WATERBOARDING! He was against waterboarding...before he was for it! McCain getting a "pass" from "liberal media" on all this!)
● Senate Votes to Ban Waterboarding. Congress on Wednesday moved to prohibit the CIA from using waterboarding and other harsh interrogation methods on terror suspects, despite President Bush's threat to veto any measure that limits the agency's interrogation techniques.
