My big question is: Did she go so far as to get a fraudulent birth certificate? If this were 1950, I'd admire her aplomb, but, well, it's not. So I'm mortified. This is all about Bristol Palin not being allowed to disgrace her mom... and I think the pictures of her pretty obviously pregnantly smiling with Mom and Dad and siblings mean that Bristol hadn't mentioned it yet, or Governor Palin wasn't going to be a new mom until she caught wind of maybe going to be considered for the VP slot. Just guessing... but, really, if you're going to defy gravity to appear to be giving birth to your daughter's child, isn't it optimal she not be photographed in clingy tops and dresses, especially not right next to your fairly obviously not pregnant visage, for the duration? And maybe you could forgo the heels in the snow bit until after you "deliver"?

Dear God,

The other night, the Rev. James Dobson's ministry asked all believers to pray for a storm on Thursday night so that the Obama acceptance speech outdoors in Denver would have to be canceled.

I see that You have answered Rev. Dobson's prayers -- except the storm You have sent to earth is not over Denver, but on its way to New Orleans! In fact, You have scheduled it to hit Louisiana at exactly the moment that George W. Bush is to deliver his speech at the Republican National Convention.

Now, heavenly Father, we all know You have a great sense of humor and impeccable timing. To send a hurricane on the third anniversary of the Katrina disaster AND right at the beginning of the Republican Convention was, at first blush, a stroke of divine irony. I don't blame You, I know You're angry that the Republicans tried to blame YOU for Katrina by calling it an "Act of God" -- when the truth was that the hurricane itself caused few casualties in New Orleans. Over a thousand people died because of the mistakes and neglect caused by humans, not You.

Some of us tried to help after Katrina hit, while Bush ate cake with McCain and twiddled his thumbs. I closed my office in New York and sent my entire staff down to New Orleans to help. I asked people on my website to contribute to the relief effort I organized -- and I ended up sending over two million dollars in donations, food, water, and supplies (collected from thousands of fans) to New Orleans while Bush's FEMA ice trucks were still driving around Maine three weeks later.

But this past Thursday night, the Washington Post reported that the Republicans had begun making plans to possibly postpone the convention. The AP had reported that there were no shelters set up in New Orleans for this storm, and that the levee repairs have not been adequate. In other words, as the great Ronald Reagan would say, "There you go again!"

So the last thing John McCain and the Republicans needed was to have a split-screen on TVs across America: one side with Bush and McCain partying in St. Paul, and on the other side of the screen, live footage of their Republican administration screwing up once again while New Orleans drowns.

So, yes, You have scared the Jesus, Mary and Joseph out of them, and more than a few million of your followers tip their hats to You.

But now it appears that You haven't been having just a little fun with Bush & Co. It appears that Hurricane Gustav is truly heading to New Orleans and the Gulf coast. We hear You, O Lord, loud and clear, just as we did when Rev. Falwell said You made 9/11 happen because of all those gays and abortions. We beseech You, O Merciful One, not to punish us again as Pat Robertson said You did by giving us Katrina because of America's "wholesale slaughter of unborn children." His sentiments were echoed by other Republicans in 2005.

So this is my plea to you: Don't do this to Louisiana again. The Republicans got your message. They are scrambling and doing the best they can to get planes, trains and buses to New Orleans so that everyone can get out. They haven't sent the entire Louisiana National Guard to Iraq this time -- they are already patrolling the city streets. And, in a nod to I don't know what, Bush's head of FEMA has named a man to help manage the federal government's response. His name is W. Michael Moore. I kid you not, heavenly Father. They have sent a man with both my name AND W's to help save the Gulf Coast.

So please God, let the storm die out at sea. It's done enough damage already. If you do this one favor for me, I promise not to invoke your name again. I'll leave that to the followers of Rev. Dobson and to those gathering this week in St. Paul.

This entire Palin selection is a Rovian head fake. It was designed by Rove to accomplish two goals. First and foremost, to take ALL of the air out of the media that the Obama camp was destined to carry into the GOP convention. It did that, in spades. The echo just simply stopped. The news cycle yesterday was absent of any analysis or follow-through on Obama's speech...itself a major coup for Rove. It’s as though the entire media machine stopped speaking of anything “Democratic,” in unison.

Secondly, the (apparent) selection of Palin throws a bone to the Puma's and to women generally…one that McCain doesn’t have to necessarily follow through with, but made for a nice (disingenuous) photo-op.

Third; they're just not that stupid not to have known about the controversy - and her familial requirements and responsibilities (Downs Syndrome newborn to care for). In short, their unbelievable choice is in fact, unbelievable..."a straw-woman."

By the time the convention occurs, news will come out that the GOP's own investigators have determined that, while no proof of wrong doing exists, the mere investigation of it is a distraction that the GOP simply cannot afford so close to the election. As such, the announcement that either Lieberman or Romney have become McCain’s choice will come as a massive relief to the GOP base, and capture the entire news cycle for weeks to come. If Rove thought it would be impossible for a McCain/Lieberman ticket to succeed without some form of trickery, he would have dreamed this up, making Lieberman look good by comparison. All of the push-back will already be out of the system.

He’s pulled these same stunts in the past – like putting Bernie Kerik’s name into nomination only to pull him and install Chertoff as Homeland Security Dictator. Remember when the name of Harriet Miers was put forward for a Supreme Court position? Remember? A fire storm of push back erupted, only to be followed by the swift and easy confirmation of Roberts, who looked like a breath of fresh air BY COMPARISON. THEY ARE GAMING YOU!

Two days before John McCain picked Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska (for less than 2 years btw), for his VP, Exxon/Mobil finally agrees to pay something on their 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill. They agree to pay $383 million of the original $5 BILLION judgement against them, which was reduced from $5 billion to $500 million by the Supreme Court in June of this year. I would just like to know exactly what's going on here! The timing here STINKS to high heaven!

So, you're telling me, that no money was dispersed since the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, and then 9 years later and 2 days before McCain picks the governor of Alaska as his VP, Exxon finally decides to disburse $383 million? Do you think I'm stupid? What's going on here?

June 26, 2008: Supreme Court Slashes Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Fine to One-Tenth of Original $5 Billion Ruling The Supreme Court handed corporate America a major victory this week when it sharply reduced the amount of money Exxon Mobil has to pay in punitive damages for the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska. An Alaskan jury had initially ruled Exxon should pay five billion dollars in punitive damages but in 2006, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court cut the award of punitive damages in half. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court cut the amount of punitive damages again and ordered Exxon Mobil to pay just $500 million in punitive damages – one tenth of the original jury’s ruling.

It begins in 1969 when big shots from Humble Oil and ARCO (now known as Exxon and British Petroleum) met with the Chugach Natives, owners of the most valuable parcel of land on the planet: Valdez Port, the only conceivable terminus for a pipeline that would handle a trillion dollars in crude oil.

These Alaskan natives ultimately agreed to sell the Exxon consortium this astronomically valuable patch of land -- for a single dollar.

The Natives refused cash. Rather, in 1969, they asked only that the oil companies promise to protect their Prince William Sound fishing and seal hunting grounds from oil.

In 1971, Exxon and partners agreed to place the Natives' specific list of safeguards into federal law. These commitments to safety reassured enough Congressmen for the oil group to win, by one vote, the right to ship oil from Valdez.

The oil companies repeated their promises under oath to the US Congress.

The spill disaster was the result of Exxon and partners breaking every one of those promises - cynically, systematically, disastrously, in the fifteen years leading up to the spill.

Forget the drunken skipper fable. As to Captain Joe Hazelwood, he was below decks, sleeping off his bender. At the helm, the third mate would never have collided with Bligh Reef had he looked at his Raycas radar. But the radar was not turned on. In fact, the tanker's radar was left broken and disasbled for more than a year before the disaster, and Exxon management knew it. It was just too expensive to fix and operate.

IF YOU STILL DOUBT that the big media is determined to keep under wraps the organized crime origins of the $200 million fortune of John McCain and his wife Cindy, take note of how the prestigious Washington Post touched on the issue in its July 22 edition. Rather, instead, note how the Post covered up the matter.

The Post reported: Cindy Lou Hensley grew up as an only child, and a privileged one, in a large rancher in an upper-class section of Phoenix. Her dad, Jim Hensley, founded what became a large Anheuser-Busch distributorship, and her mom, Marguerite, was a proper belle who emphasized impeccable manners.

The Post also added, almost discretely, that Mrs. McCain’s wealth “may” exceed $100 million (although most sources estimate it is worth $200 million or more) and—for the record—that “she was the apple of her father’s eye.”

The Post did not mention that Mrs. McCain’s father was a highly-placed fixture in the Arizona branch of the national organized crime syndicate: He was the chief henchman of the late Kemper Marley, Arizona point man for infamous mob chief Meyer Lansky and his powerful partners-in-crime, the super-rich Bronfman family of Montreal.

In that capacity—for 40 years until his death in 1990—Marley was undisputed political boss of Arizona, acting as the behind-the-scenes power over both the Republican and Democratic parties.

As such, his wealth and connections played the primary role in advancing John McCain’s political career from the start.

Military.com: Forty-one years after the American surveillance ship USS Liberty was napalmed, torpedoed and strafed by Israeli naval and air forces during the Six-Day War, another "Liberty" will be setting out from a Cyprus port in August to try to break through the Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip.

June 8 marked the 40th anniversary of the attack on the USS Liberty by the air and naval forces of the state of Israel, resulting in the deaths of 34 American servicemen and a cover-up that has been maintained throughout the entire period.

In early July, America’s most senior military man flew to Tel Aviv to warn Israel not to try to pull another attack on an American ship similar to the USS Liberty incident in 1967. This was a deliberate attempt to sink the USS Liberty, blame it on Arabs and drag America into Israel’s war against its Arab neighbors.

Now, a month later, a civilian-manned ship christened the SS Liberty is getting ready to sail from Crete to Gaza in order to break Israel’s chokehold on the Palestinian people by bringing much-needed humanitarian supplies.

The endeavor, undertaken by the “Free Gaza” project headquartered in California, is manned by activists from 17 countries who range in their professions from doctors, engineers, business entrepreneurs and even a Roman Catholic nun. Another larger boat, called the SS Free Gaza, will be accompanying the SS Liberty. The Greek-flag bearing Liberty was scheduled to leave port in Cyprus the third week of August and sail 230 miles south to Gaza, considered to be the largest open-air prison in the world and home to over 1 million Palestinian Christians and Muslims who are not permitted to leave.

The ship, christened the SS Liberty in remembrance of the USS Liberty that was attacked by Israel during the Six Day War in 1967, was purchased by the Free Gaza movement with donations from members and supporters.

Persons who have endorsed the project include former President Jimmy Carter and Bishop Desmond Tutu.

Crew members include European parliamentarians and the sister-in-law of ex-British Prime Minister Tony Blair. In Israel, discussion of the USS Liberty is something of a forbidden topic and what little discussion does take place is typified by the “tough luck, get over it” attitude.

Israel threatened to “use force” in preventing the crew of the SS Liberty from bringing medical supplies to needy Palestinian children.

JUAN GONZALEZ: Two converted fishing boats set sail from Cyprus today carrying forty-one activists and humanitarian workers who are part of the Free Gaza movement that is trying to break the Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip.

The boats—the Liberty and Free Gaza—left the southern port of Larnaca this morning for the estimated thirty-hour trip. Israel has warned the activists to steer clear of Gaza, which it says is “the subject of an Israeli Navy advisory notice” that warns off foreign vessels from the “designated maritime zone.”

The Israeli foreign ministry said in an open letter to the participants, “We assume that your intentions are good but, in fact, the result of your action is that you are supporting the regime of a terrorist organization in Gaza.”

But if there was a script, there would be a chance the script wouldn't match a LIVE broadcast of what was happening in reality...because a script was being followed! They weren't reporting what they were seeing! And if someone noticed the script not matching what's LIVE behind the reporter following the script, they'd cut off the live feed of the blatant error mismatch in a panic, because you never know how bad it could get! They cut off this scripted reporter reporting that the WTC-7 collapsed...before it collapsed...and then cut the LIVE feed before it actually collapsed! Now why would they cut the LIVE feed? Because the ULTIMATE screw-up would've been if the building collapsed on the LIVE feed, too! After they reported LIVE that it fell! Imagine if the feed wasn't cut and the building fell behind her as she was talking..."WHAT WAS THAT NOISE???" And if a script were fed to multiple networks, which it would have been, multiple networks would make the same exact mistake, which happened...I'm just sayin'!!!

Secondly, according to the black box data, Flight 77 could not have damaged the light poles. 77 was much too high (the poles are only 40 feet) and on the wrong trajectory.

Data released by the NTSB in response to an FOIA request by Pilots for 911 Truth are nothing less than the raw "black box' file, the official 'flight data' recorded from Flight 77. It's a digital record of everything that happened on that flight from take off. Additionally, altitude and position are confirmed by the beacon at nearby Reagan National Airport.

The data proves that the US government is lying to us about 911. The data is consistent with those who suspect that 911 was engineered by a Bush cabal who continues to exploit 911 for geo-political reasons, the acquisition of foreign oil by conquest and the suppression of dissent.
