We checked the 4 of us, 3 of us were "active" and our daughter was "inactive" even though she voted last year! We called the Luzerne County Elections Bureau, and they said they sent a letter asking if she lived there and if she intended to vote (why did they do that, and to only her?), and it wasn't returned.
