There should be no such thing as health INSURANCE. There should be no businessmen like James P. McGuire involved between patients and caregivers. We should have single payer health care. The United States is the only country in the world except for a few 3rd world countries that doesn't provide health CARE to all their citizens. Israel covers all of it's citizens with universal health care. It's a BIG BLACK MARK on what is supposed to be the greatest country in the history of the world. It's shameful. It's unethical. It's not what Jesus would do. I have a question about the businessmen and women running hospitals, gas drilling companies, oil rigs, and things like that: when exactly are you told to leave your ethics at the door and when were you told to put profits before patients and safety???

Attorneys for a Franklin Township woman with terminal cancer have filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and several area doctors, claiming a curable kidney cancer was allowed to spread because doctors tested the wrong kidney for cancer several times.
