Simple logic for idiots: Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy have been in place (and still are!!!) for TEN YEARS.......
WHERE ARE THE JOBS FROM THESE TAX CUTS FOR THE WEALTHY FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS?
Bush cut taxes for the wealthy because he inherited a surplus from Clinton. Well, now we're in a financial crisis because of UNPAID FOR WARS, wars being charged on a credit card $2.5 BILLION a week, which we have no trouble financing unpaid! Furthermore, this is proof that Republican trickle down theory doesn't work. It had a 10 year chance to prove it works, and the jury has come back in after 10 years: tax cuts for the wealthy do NOT create more jobs, the money does NOT trickle down, the wealthy POCKET THE MONEY, they do NOT put it back in the economy to create more jobs...OR WE'D HAVE THEM! There are still idiots out there who do not believe facts in front of their eyes. It is now clear: THE TAX CUTS FOR THE WEALTHY ARE FOR THE REPUBLICANS' WEALTHY FRIENDS! As evidence shows, they serve NO OTHER PURPOSE. What did the wealthy do with their BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF tax cuts for the last 10 years, if they didn't create more jobs with it? They kept it!!! It's as simple as that! And they used it to buy up more media and politicians like Rush Limbaugh and the Republicans to tell you they actually helped America with their tax cuts and that only things like extending unemployment must be paid for (not the wars and their tax cuts) and that they already pay most of the taxes! They fail to say they also have most of the money when they cry about paying most of the taxes!
