What if the main 9/11 "random witness" on the street broadcast on TV...happened to be an actor?

The important point, is that this is obviously a FAKE witness. You're only other option is this guy is insane to act and talk this way during 9/11. The secondary point is that it seems to be actor Mark Adrian Humphrey. "...and then I witnessed...mostly due to structural failure." The "random" witness, who sounds like an infomercial...while everyone else is running around screaming... If I said on 9/11, "...and I witnessed both towers collapse, due to structural failure", my family would probably be scared!Who is Mark Adrian Humphrey?

I saw the below video a while back. Years ago, when I first started realizing the official government 9/11 story was bullshit. A big, smelly, steaming, heaping pile of totally non-believable bullshit. An impossible "fairy tale" that any rational person who looked into it more than what they were told on TV, wouldn't believe. This video must've been made before they seemingly identified the "random witness". But, even at that time, whoever made this video knew there was something fishy about this guy on the street on 9/11:
