The Media's Blackout Of The National Defense Authorization Act Is Shameful
Are you hyperventilating yet? You BETTER be hyperventilating!!! Congress keeps passing legislation to take away more and more of our Constitutional rights! Instead of working on fixing this country's finances and job employment situation. ALL of our local congressmen and senators voted FOR this Nazi Germany-like legislation: Republican congressmen Lou Barletta and Tom Marino, Republican Senator Pat Toomey (who is the most mysteriously silent senator I've ever seen in my life! do you ever hear ANYTHING from Pat Toomey EVER? I forgot he was even our senator!), and Democrat Senator Bob Casey. ALL OF THEM TRAITORS TO US. NOT fighting to protect our freedoms and liberties and all NOT fighting for the Constitution.
We're in a financial crisis with the highest unemployment since the Great Depression, and what is our congress doing? Writing unconstitutional legislation to give the president authority to lock up American citizens without due process. In a recent post of mine, I said that the 1% (and congress is part of the 1%) have the courts and law enforcement rigged for themselves. What is happening here is the continual proof of this. Our congress does not work FOR us, they work AGAINST us. And the mainstream media is rigged for them, too. Instead of talking about this, they're talking about Michael Jackson's doctor and Herman Cain's sexual trysts. Did you see anything in your paper about this? Can you believe ANYTHING in your papers, on TV "news", or RADIO NEWS BRIEFS?
Obama can still veto this bill. Whether Obama vetoes this bill or not is not the point. The point is: WHY IS OUR CONGRESS SITTING AROUND WRITING BILLS LIKE NAZI GERMANY??? They have been doing this, they are doing it right now with this bill, and the will continue to do this even if Obama vetoes this bill. Congress works AGAINST us, not FOR us. Congress works AGAINST the Constitution, not FOR the Constitution.
Remember: Hitler didn't break any laws, the laws were rewritten so everything he did wasn't against the law. A bunch of traitors signing a piece of paper doesn't mean a thing. Legislation taking away your rights is TREASONOUS and written and signed by TRAITORS.

The IAO was established after Admiral John Poindexter, former United States National Security Advisor to President Ronald Reagan and SAIC executive Brian Hicks approached the US Department of Defense with the idea for an information awareness program after the attacks of September 11, 2001.[5]

intelligence-technology programs for the Defense Advanced Research
Projects Agency. DARPA agreed to host the program and appointed
Poindexter to run it in 2002.
The first mention of the IAO in the mainstream media came from The New York Times reporter John Markoff on February 13, 2002.[30]
Initial reports contained few details about the program. In the
following months, as more information emerged about the scope of the TIA
project, civil libertarians became concerned over what they saw as the potential for the development of an Orwellian mass surveillance system.
The Information Awareness Office (IAO) was established by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in January 2002 to bring together several DARPA projects focused on applying surveillance and information technology to track and monitor terrorists and other asymmetric threats to national security, by achieving Total Information Awareness (TIA).
This would be achieved by creating enormous computer databases to
gather and store the personal information of everyone in the United
States, including personal e-mails, social networks, credit card
records, phone calls, medical records, and numerous other sources,
without any requirement for a search warrant.[1] This information would then be analyzed to look for suspicious activities, connections between individuals, and "threats".[2]
Additionally, the program included funding for biometric surveillance technologies that could identify and track individuals using surveillance cameras, and other methods.[2]
Following public criticism that the development and deployment of these technologies could potentially lead to a mass surveillance system, the IAO was defunded by Congress in 2003. However, several IAO projects continued to be funded, and merely run under different names
On August 2, 2002, Dr. Poindexter gave a speech at DARPAtech 2002 entitled "Overview of the Information Awareness Office"[7] in which he described the TIA program.
In addition to the program itself, the involvement of Poindexter as
director of the IAO also raised concerns among some, since he had been
earlier convicted of lying to Congress and altering and destroying
documents pertaining to the Iran-Contra Affair, although those convictions were later overturned on the grounds that the testimony used against him was protected.

The "rescuers" on 9/11:

were false. Rescuers rescuing were portrayed as people being rescued
from the "collapse" to the media while Rudy rushed 1000 tons of WTC 7
steel away. Real or not, they were the cover. Larry Silverstein says he
talked to the same "rescuers" digging through the rubble getting rescued
and told them to pull WTC 7, coincidentally. According to Larry there
are certain elements within the fire department that were part of the
demolition of WTC 7. Most likely those same elements ran the rescue
stories as a cover for the evidence removal (same pattern as the 1998
Embassy Bombings, the rescue of Rose, she never appeared alive ... but
the debris was removed looking for her). There is nobody alive to rescue
because the buildings were demolished with explosives, but there is
alot of evidence that needed to be removed. The false auxillary building
collapse and danger stories were used to keep the media away, and
remove the legit rescuers when needed for days. Since the buildings were
demolished, we should assume many of the people that did the demolition
would have to control the scene. It follows previous false flag
patterns. Many of the "rescuers" presented by the media were bad actors
in a black jacket with yellow stripes. Two horns evacuate, three horns a

identify Iraq on a map. Of some 1000 satellite phone calls that OBL made, not
one went to Iraq, but our media has let this gem sink in the sands of
Mr. Bush’s propaganda. Is there any doubt that our troops will find (concocted
or not-we will never know) evidence of WMD's, and is there any doubt
that our fully militarized "embedded" press corp will dutifully
report what it is fed? The truth is 30-40% of our nation has been soaking up
raw propaganda in the right-wing exhortations of Rush, Reagan, Ollie, O'Reilly,
Fox News, and other hate radio schlockmeisters for over a decade- they believe anything-
as long as it has a clear villain.

Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal 2012 (S.1867), amendment No. 1274
would have allowed the U.S. government to detain an American citizen
indefinitely, even after they had been tried and found not guilty, until
Congress declares an end to the war on terror.
"Suspicion of committing a crime should lead to your attempted
prosecution. If the evidence does not support conviction, it would be
against everything we believe in and fight for in America to still allow
the government to imprison you at their whim," Sen. Paul said.
"Tonight, a blow was struck to fight back against those who would take
our liberty."
The amendment would have passed by voice vote, but this tactic was
blocked by Sen. Paul's objection. He then forced a roll call vote, in
which the amendment was defeated, 41-59.
Sen. Paul earlier this week introduced an amendment to formally end
the war in Iraq. Despite the fact that troops will be removed from Iraq
at the end of this year, the amendment failed 30-67.

Now here is the vote on 1274, which seems to be the same thing as the Udall Amendment. Only the Udall Amendment is a double negative: it FAILED so U.S. citizens ARE included.
1274 is worded to INCLUDE U.S. citizens (the Udall Amendment EXCLUDES U.S. citizens).
1274 did NOT pass, so U.S. citizens are NOT included.
BUT...then why was there such thing as the Udall Amendment to EXCLUDE U.S. citizens, if they now need 1274 to pass to INCLUDE U.S. citizens?
Anyone know how to explain this?

The Republican Jewish Coalition declined to invite Rep. Ron Paul
(R-Texas) to its presidential candidates forum next Wednesday in

Where war has not been declared per the requirements of the US Constitution and International law, this entire discussion is totally bullshit AND THEY KNOW IT. Internet Explorer stinks, they hardly ever update it, I have no idea why. There's some browsers that actually run off IE, but use IE as a base, but are actually better than IE.

Speaking of my kids, my daughter had a great one-liner. It was her birthday recently, and my mother & sister (they live together) got my daughter a card with a McDonald's gift certificate in it. Everyone - except them - knows my daughter outspokenly hates McDonalds and all fast foods.
So I say to my daughter, "I know you don't like McDonald's hamburgers (sic - they're "sandwiches", ever notice that on their commercials?), fries, 'fish', etc...but they have some things like salads that probably aren't that bad for you, you can use your certificate on that."
My daughter says, "THAT'S LIKE GOING TO A CRACKHOUSE FOR VITAMINS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
