Most are optical scan, there are some touch screens in Waukeshau were all the cheating takes place. Dr Judy Wood's is ANOTHER Icke/Palast; her "Reptilians" or "the official 9/11 story is true" is "space beams". She also does the 95%/5% shit. Her book is actually off the charts great, I saw it.
