My theory about FAKE liberal Steve Corbett and WILK FOX "news" Jr. is so rock solid, that I'm simply going to give you the link to it, rather than cut/paste it here again...no need to alter it!!! In fact, Corbett has gone even further infuego with his exclusive attacks on Democrats only and ignoring liberals, with the primaries heating up. He says he doesn't vote for Republicans because of their conservative agenda, yet NEVER devotes time and shows to attacking Republicans (HOURS and SHOWS for WEEKS, Steve, not SENTENCES like "I don't vote for Republicans"...OH! But you did vote for McCain/Palin!!!). If Corbett is a liberal, why does he devote ZERO TIME/HOURS and SHOWS to attacking any Republicans??? And why does Corbett/WILK let Frank Scavo have free air time all the time as a "caller" (wink wink) when he's running for an office??? There is not ONE Republican ever, worth "liberal" Steve Corbett to attack for an entire show(s). What if he just says he doesn't vote for conservatives, so no one points out he's a shill for the GOP devoting all his air time to exclusively attacking Democrats??? Why does Corbett go out of his way to say he's a liberal so much all the time? Ever hear of the phrase: "Thou dost protest too much"? When someone keeps saying something too much, the opposite is true? How many liberals go around saying they're a liberal...ALL...THE...TIME??? None! And he gets a job on a rightwing channel??? In the late 1970's I could go to Carr lake - the first one in the video - and camp every weekend during the summer. Some friends of mine worked in restaurants and had mid week off, we'd leave the campsite set up and trade off camping times. At that time I could be there on a holiday weekend, yet be the only person there.
Over time people started coming in, but it was still possible to find a campsite that was private yet near the lake. But in the early 80's it started getting more crowded. They "improved" the road which had been 12 miles of rough dirt, paving all but the last 4 miles, and the hoards began coming in.
That's when we began backpacking to the other lakes where we once again found solitude. There is a shot in the video where he takes a picture of his shadow on the ground - the lake which is shown just before and after that shot is Crooked Lake - 3.5 miles from the trailhead at about 7,000 feet. My wife and I spent our honeymoon there. We were married in the forest nearby.
Over the years the place has become totally overrun with people, they now charge to camp at Carr lake and also to park at the trailhead. The cars parked for the trailhead, which used to number less than a dozen, now stretch several miles down the road on both sides of the road.
Years ago we reverted to car camping, but instead find places in the area away from the lakes and other people.

John Minnis - the former Republican state senator (and spouse of GOP House Speaker Karen Minnis) - now faces formal charges of sexual harrassment and disability discrimination, reports the Oregonian.
If the charges hold up, he could be required to pay as much as $2 million to the victim of his allegedly unwanted advances. From the O:
The document accused Minnis of subjecting a female employee to sexual advances that began in October 2008 during a work-related trip to Bend and ended in November 2009, when the two attended a professional conference in San Diego. She says he frequently touched her and made inappropriate comments, including telling her his goal was to be "the best lover."
Oregon labor officials also say Minnis violated disability protections when he plied the employee with vodka to weaken her resistance even though Minnis knew she was an alcoholic and had alcohol-related blackouts. The woman told state officials that she passed out on more than one occasion with Minnis, and later woke up in bed wearing only her underpants and not remembering what had happened.
