Local NEPA news: "Kids for Cash" Judge Ciavarella has all cases he presided over juveniles from 2003 to 2008 thrown out!


In a sweeping order issued Thursday, the state Supreme Court overturned every juvenile court sentence handed down by accused kids-for-cash judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. between 2003 and 2008, clearing the records of thousands of former defendants.

Yes, OUR "Kids for Cash" judges are highlighted in Michael Moore's new movie "Capitalism: A Love Story". BTW, why hasn't this "juvenile wilderness camp" been investigated yet, this "Camp Adams"? Who owns it?
