Big Dan's Big News March 16, 2009

Maybe the Israeli propaganda machine will say "the terrorists" used this American as a "human shield". Stand up for AMERICANS getting shot in the face by a foreign country! Please watch the must see video below! If this American ends up dead, murdered by the Israelis, will the gutless Israel-first U.S. government (both parties) make excuses for Israel? As usual? Or will they stick up for America first?

Nothing comes to the top in a GOOGLE search of Zionist controlled ANBCBSNNX about an AMERICAN getting shot in the face by Israelis!

An American activist from Oakland, California was critically injured Friday when Israeli soldiers fired a tear gas canister directly at his head at the close of a weekly nonviolent protest against the wall in the West Bank village of N’alin. Thirty-seven-year-old Tristan Anderson underwent brain surgery on Saturday, and parts of his right frontal lobe and shattered bone fragments were removed. He remains in critical condition.

US Consul General Says Awaiting Israeli Report on IDF Shooting of American Citizen

Today marks the sixth anniversary of the killing of American peace activist Rachel Corrie by an Israeli military bulldozer in Rafah. She had been trying to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian home near the border with Egypt when she was killed. Democracy Now! producer Anjali Kamat and Jacquie Soohen of Big Noise Films traveled to Gaza last week with a women’s peace delegation and Rachel’s parents, Cindy and Craig Corrie. They remember their daughter and talk about the plight of the Palestinian people.

Special Commentary by Big Dan: "Can someone tell me, why is Dick Cheney on TV all the time? More than say senator Bernie Sanders? And the opposite question: Where the hell is George W. Bush? Anyone know? In my life, I have never seen a president immediately disappear. I still even see Jimmy Carter for Christ's sake! Clinton for sure. I saw Nixon when he was still alive. Where the hell is George W. Bush? This tells me a couple of things: Dick Cheney was running the country and everyone hated George W. Bush or he'd be on TV all the time like all the other former presidents were my entire life. In the video below, Cheney blames 9/11 for the Republicans massive spending, as usual. All Republicans and Republican voters do this. I have two important things to say about this constant excuse: 1) Cheney is admitting his party threw conservatism under the bus and the Republican Party isn't conservative 2) conservatism was beaten by terrorism, if conservative principles can't withstand terrorism, so, therefore, conservatism is a weak principle if it folds under pressure. If conservatism was a strong philosophy, it wouldn't have LOST TO TERRORISM! Cheney is saying terrorism is stronger than conservatism! What kind of principle is a good principle when those who espouse it throw it under the bus when it's needed and tested the most??? Then conservatism is not strong and is only good when times are good, and folds like a house of cards when times are bad! When the going gets tough, the tough get going!"

During an interview with Dick Cheney this morning, CNN host John King asked the former vice president why “we should listen to you” for economic advice. (bd: I have a better question and it's for CNN host John King: WHY THE FUCK IS DICK CHENEY ON TV IN THE FIRST PLACE???) To make his case, King noted the following statistical changes that occurred under the Bush/Cheney administration:

Unemployment rate: Rose from 4.2 percent to 7.6 percent
Poverty: Jumped from 32.9 million individuals to 37.3 million
Uninsured: Escalated from 41.2 million individuals to 45.7 million
Budget deficit: Inherited budget surplus of $128 billion and left office with $1.3 trillion deficit

Cheney’s Excuse For Economic Failures Under His Watch: ‘Stuff Happens’

Below: Dick Cheney admits that conservatism STINKS so bad, he had to abandon it immediately because it could not be used against terrorism:

Who is Henry Paulson? The plan to rescue the US financial industry arrogates virtually unlimited money and power over the financial affairs of the state to the office of Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. Paulson is a figure with a long history of intimate connections to the political and financial elite.

Shouldn't company's CEO's who are outsourcing jobs in this bad economy be thrown in jail???

The Programmers Guild asks Congress for an emergency increase in the H-1b fee to $60,000. This fee is justified to offset the cost of creating jobs under Congress' American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This fee should apply to the 85,000 U.S. jobs that USCIS intends to raffle off to foreign workers on April 1, 2009 as an "H-1b Lottery."

INVESTIGATIVE REPORT: FOREIGN LABOR

Immigration attorneys from Cohen & Grigsby explains how they assist employers in running classified ads with the goal of NOT finding any qualified applicants, and the steps they go through to disqualify even the most qualified Americans in order to secure green cards for H-1b workers. See what Bush and Congress really mean by a "shortage of skilled U.S. workers." Microsoft, Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and thousands of other companies are running fake ads in Sunday newspapers across the country each week.
